'The workshop with Kaustubh was interesting and eye opening. I found listening about his work within businesses very inspiring, as I had never encountered theatre being used in this way, and I think it is a method that is clearly valuable to Indian businesses, and perhaps further afield. Katustubh took us through some of the exercises that he uses in his workshops which were effective and quite profound, they made me consider and re-evaluate the way I live my life!

Facilitated by Kaustubh Bankapure the applied theatre workshop was delightful and educative, allowing the participants to use their imagination to create living scenes of everyday life and gave us tools for how using creative problem- solving methods to overcome obstacles. We experienced the fun of working together on living statutes and explored alternative responses to moments of crisis. Thank you Kaustubh for a most enjoyable workshop!

Thanks for having such an interactive program in such a simple manner. This session has really helped us to raise our confidence level and to inspire us to have a good team around. Your presence and communication helped us a lot to identify problems within us and to improve our selves.

Thank you very much for an excellent workshop. I particularly appreciate the way you gently but firmly asked questions about the process in the room, what we were feeling etc. and pointed towards the challenges for all of us in bringing about change/ breaking out of personal and cultural patterns.

Today’s session was different from all the other sessions that we had till now. It was good to talk about our feeling out loud without being burdened with the load of what others might think about us. It feels like someone is trying to help rather than judge.
